1. Do I need a Consultation Call?
Yes. The Consultation Call is our first step in understanding your English expression, your personal needs & the communication demands of your business.
It also allows you to see if me & my coaching is what you need at this stage of your personal & business growth.
After the call, you’ll receive a Consultation Review, sharing my recommendations for your next steps, the areas we need to develop & the program cycle that best supports where you’re going.
I'll also include details for payment & bookings.
Your specific personalised plan is created after our Vision Session.
Note: coaching will not be given in the consultation session.
2. What happens in the Vision Session

You book our sessions for any available time slot that suits your schedule at the pace that suits your goals & other commitments.
1-2 sessions a week a recommended for general consistency.
I'm available Monday- Thursday, 9am-6pm for coaching sessions.

After our consultation, you’ll receive an invitation email outlining:

8. How do I book my sessions?
You’ll book your sessions directly through my booking calendar using the private link provided after enrolment.
9. I bought a package, but I changed my mind- can I have a refund?
I want you to feel confident & supported in your decision to join my coaching programs.
In line with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may request a refund. Any sessions that take place within this period are non-refundable.
After the 14-day period, your place in the program is considered a full commitment & the program is non-refundable.
Payment plans are available to make the investment more accessible. If you choose a payment plan, all instalments must be completed as agreed after the 14 day cooling period has expired.
