Where it All Began
In 2013 I moved to London to study History of Art, working in luxury retail for Tiffany & Co., Harrods & Christie's — environments where language was a strategy, not just a skill. Surrounded by colleagues from Europe & Asia, I started to see patterns in how languages connect & diverge, & how the deeper, unconscious emotional & cultural energy of English was something you couldn't acquire from a textbook.
While studying for my Master's I worked at a museum & was asked to give tours. Public speaking had terrified me since childhood. So I did what we all do. I memorised a word-for-word script — & of course forgot every line the moment I started my tour from the pressure. With no choice but to trust myself, I stopped thinking about the words & focused on what I wanted to say & connecting with my audience. Within minutes the fear disappeared. I discovered I was good at it — not because I was perfect, but because I was myself & I enjoyed the experience of sharing stories with my group.
That experience became the foundation for Audience Ready English, a program created so entrepreneurs never have to hide behind a script when it matters most for their business.

Losing My Voice
In January 2020 I moved to Slovenia. Six weeks later the world went into lockdown. A few months later, my relationship ended. As my boyfriend was Slovene, losing him meant losing my home, my connection to the culture, the person who helped me navigate a language I couldn't yet speak. With nothing to return to in London, I decided to stay in Slovenia & create a new path.
For the first time I understood what it feels like to lose your voice — not just the language, but the identity, connection & freedom that come with being able to speak & express yourself
Quickly I realised the language course wasn't giving me the deeper understanding I needed to speak. We spent months just memorising grammar & scripts with no explanation of how the language actually worked. I could recognise things in text, but I couldn't communicate because I didn't know how to use the grammar. So I decided to teach myself, passing my first official exam a few months later.
Without the language to work in Slovenia, my only option was teaching English, so I completed my TEFL qualification.
In that process For the first time had to consciously learn English grammar & understand how English actually functions for the first time. That's when everything shifted for my Slovene. I realised I'd been trying to speak Slovene by replicating the logic of English & it simply didn't fit in grammar nor style.
To speak Slovene, I had to abandon parts of my English thinking entirely, not just grammatically, but culturally,
It was the moment I understood the real problem with language learning — not just for me, but for every non-native speaker trying to communicate in a language whose logic doesn't match their own.
They don't teach you how the logic & emotional feeling of the language needed to deeply understand it.
This unconscious connection of language & culture between languages became the foundation of THINK in my Energetic Fluency Method as working on this deeper mental & emotional brain level is the only way to fully acquire language for communication.

The Misalignment That Led Me Here
Without the language to do anything else in Slovenia, I started teaching English — first for local language schools, then privately.
The school curriculums were generic & unhelpful. The majority of the content didn't match the real needs of participants, I was teaching email writing when everyone had real problems communicating despite being C1 level.
So in my private teaching I abandoned those methods & started doing it differently. Focusing on how language actually works logically, emotionally and culturally, helping people find their own expression by working with the deeper aspects of grammar, confidence & professional public speaking.
Beneath the language blocks I kept seeing something else. Fears, identity patterns, emotional & confidence blocks around speaking English that no curriculum was addressing but were directly interfering with their ability to communicate. I completed my Life Coaching certification & incorporated this into my work. This became the foundation of FEEL.
As my clients made progress, my own entrepreneurial life felt stuck. Teaching English was never what I had wanted for myself. The daily shame & reminder of having given up my career & being left with nothing had attached itself to everything — building a business around an identity I didn't want felt completely wrong.
I felt like an imposter selling a service I didn't want to be known for. I couldn't fully show up or be consistent in my marketing & was keeping myself and my business very small & hidden. Deep down I knew I was going in circles & wanted more. What I craved was a deep purpose that English teaching simply didn't give me.
Then an entrepreneur client arrived & everything changed.
The Client That Changed My Business
That client was building a business alongside native English speaking partners and felt completely inadequate — ashamed, holding back, second-guessing every word. When we looked deeper we found where it had started. Years earlier, when she went abroad for the first time & spoke English in, her boyfriend told her her English was bad. One comment, but a lot of damage & humiliation.
And that shame had quietly influenced her voice since.
While she had some language blocks, her English wasn't the core problem. It was the belief she had formed about it — that she wasn't good enough, that she wasn't worthy and the maladaptive strategy of not speaking up she developed to protect herself from feeling that shame again.
I found this was the work that lights me up. Going into the deeper layers with someone. The fears, the shame, the self-imposed limits that have nothing to do with ability & everything to do with identity. And watching someone become their full expression of self that they'd been hiding in English.
That's why I work exclusively with entrepreneurs. Working with her I found myself in complete alignment — because it is truly a transformation of self & this level of depth feels significant for my clients and for me.
Building a business demands visibility, authority and connection. And most entrepreneurs like you doing it in English & not their native language do it with a critical voice in their ear telling them they're not good enough.
What makes this work unlike anything else is that it goes into all of it. The deepening of how they process and use English, the identity and confidence work, and the practical communication development directly inside their business. This level of depth entrepreneurs need simply doesn't exist anywhere else.
I don't want other entrepreneurs to settle or be smaller than they are in their English, their business or who they allow themselves to be.
That's what the Energetic Fluency Method was created for.
